Am in the market to purchase a home and a realtor from the group contacted me. She seemed friendly and very personable at first, so we signed a buyer agency contract. After some time, found out we were being lied to so asked to be released due to broken trust. Broker from this group repeatedly accused me of false allegations. Sent an email asking nicely to be released from buyer agency contract and broker is now trying to extort money from us in exchange did the buyer release. Do yourselves a favor and steer clear of this group.

Once we sell, the fees are paid. Our real estate agent has been excellent, has been very attentive to what we need, which is hard in a difficult situation with our transaction. I give them high ratings and would use them again in the future.
