PSECU has phenomenal rates on their loans!  We have been using them for several years now and I would not think about switching banks!  Their customer service is great!  They respond very quickly to my questions!  They have many benefits you don't typically see in normal banks and even many credit unions around! 

I have been a member for twenty-three years. They are highly professional. I would not change, of course twenty-three years tells you that. I would not go with another credit system. I never, ever had any problems with them. If I did they fixed it immediately. There were times when they would adjust the budget and so we wouldn't get paid, they would extend credit to you and pay back the month, pay back the minimum payment for as long as you can. It could be years. And never was the interest rate raised. There are no fees. If you use one of their ATMs that is not affiliated with them they refund your ATM charges up to $20 a month to use an ATM that is not affiliated with them.

I called them, followed the prompts and was put in contact with a customer service person. They reviewed my account, made the necessary changes, and fixed the account problem. I was then able to access my account and do the banking I needed to accomplish.

It's not required that you be a public state employee to join. The advantage is there probably that they don't have transfer fees to transfer money between your accounts, there is no minimum amount of money you need to keep with them and they are federally insured with the national banking association. They don't have a public stock holder, they are owned by the members because they are a credit union. There is no worry that they are more interested in helping a group that isn't you. They have never been anything less than professional to me. I'm satisfied with the services they procided me.

My overall experience has been excellent.
