About Prudential Homesale Services in general, we were very pleased that we were allowed to look at their listed properties online without having to create an account with them. My husband refused to deal with any company that forced us to create an account with them just to see their listed properties. Prudential allowed us to control the amount of contact we had with them. Once we were interested in several listings, we asked for contact with an agent and was given one.
That agent was Emily Pooler. She was a delight to work with. She was never pushy or impatient with us. She was prompt in her email and text responses. We would hightly recommend her. She made the closing process very easy and as stress-free as it could be.
Our only disappointment was that Prudential did not have any property managers that lived in Gettysburg. That is where we bought our retirement home. But because we won't be living in it for a few years, we needed to rent it out and have a property manager as we live several states away at this time. It was important to us that our property manager lived locally. That would be our only negative comment but it's not an issue for those not needing a property manager.

My experience with their service was good. They were very friendly. They were very helpful. They answered all my questions. They took time to listen to what we needed. They haven't charged us anything so far.

I like them. They are very efficient, knowledgeable and informative. They also gave us good advice. There was no charge and it was free. We buy and sell and they get a commission from the sale or the purchase. It doesn’t cost anything just for them to come out and show me the property.
