Description of Work: put in a tile backsplash in the kitchen, a tile floor in powder room and installed new vanity in powder room

Description of Work: He removed a basic laminate back splash and installed a subway tile back splash

Description of Work: We purchased a BIG DEAL for a tile job of our master bathroom. Steve removed the existing carpet in the bathroom and uninstalled the toilet after which he tiled the floor. He laid the tile the first day and grouted it the second day. He reinstalled the toilet. He worked hard and did a very nice job. He was prompt each day, arriving at the time he promised. The result was a very nice job and my wife and I are pleased with the result.

Description of Work: Put in a new kitchen floor . About 4 tiles at the end were not cut right . I didn't notice till after he left . I would use him again but I'd check his work before he left. I had to call Angie's List before I got a response from him about when he would come.

Description of Work: Service was never performed. At first they were very responsive. I was not going to be available right away so asked them to give me a few weeks and I would contact them as soon as I was able to. IOnce I was available I contacted them and tried to schedule a date when they could come and see what needed to be done. I told them that I also had another bathroom that I wanted done and I would like an estimate and wanted both to be done at the same time. It took a couple of reminders but they finally came. They told us that we would get an estimate in a couple of days and we also agreed on a date when the job could be performed. I never received the estimate. I contacted them and was told I would receive an estimate in a couple of days again. I never received the estimate and the day that we agreed to have the job done came and went without any further calls from them. I want my money back.

Description of Work: Marble tile was installed in a bathroom. It took around a month to get the work done after initially talking to Steve, but he was always very professional and polite. I was very pleased with the outcome.

Description of Work: I have been waiting weeks since the initial meeting to show him my bathroom and he has still not contacted me for a date to do the work. I talked to him once and he has never got back to me. No call or message or email. I still want the work done, but soon. Where is he? If he does not at least leave me a message this week I will need to cancel and get a refund. Bill

Description of Work: 1. Replaced several bathroom tile around tub and re-grouted bath/shower area. 2. Removed shower stall.

Description of Work: Steve from Property Therapy met with me for an estimate. I had a bath surround and floor re-tiled in a small bathroom. Estimate was prompt and very professional. The remodel was done in an apartment in Midtown Harrisburg. The bathroom had already been demo'd, all that was left was the original tub, original tile floor, and fresh drywall.
