The job went very well. Property Therapy completed the job in a very timely manner and care was taken to minimize disruption and dirt in the work area. The tile work is beautiful - I'm extremely pleased with the outcome.

The contractor was originally overloaded by the "Big Deal" that he published for Angie's list so he was a little overwhelmed and it took a while to get the work done. Other than that, he is a really nice 'down home' type of guy that got the work done in a timely manner. The quality was just a little rough around the edges of the back splash and around the outlets.

Steve hung the backer board and tile for the tub surround, tub to ceiling. The floor tile was laid over the existing tile floor. The finished tile looks very good. Upon close inspection there are small idiosyncrasies due the nature of remodling in a very old building where settling has caused warping and misalignments.
Steve was very tidy and did the work quickly. Unexpectedly he also did some of the work on the weekend as well.
