Following a flood in my basement (4 ft of standing water), Paul Davis Restoration was to remove the soaked and moldy plywood, clear out all debris and clean the affected surfaces, and kill the mold. They were fine in removing the plywood and some debris, but left mold growing on painted exterior walls all around. They sprayed the surface mold, but would not wash down the exposed walls to remove the peeling paint and expose the mold growing underneath. They also left mud and debris sitting in any area that was not completely easy to get to, like beneath the stairs. While they demanded payment in full for a job they did not complete, I had to scrub down the walls and get a commercial mold agent to use myself. They are done when they decide, not when you are satisfied.
