I can contact PP even at the last minute, and they are always available to check on my pet. They give him a full half hour of loving, feeding and scooping. PP even leaves a personal note each time they are at the house. I can go on line and read about my pet every time they visit. - Great!
I don't know what I would do without PP!
My cat tends to hate anyone other than me (and sometimes me!) so the sitter has always left a note about the level of interaction between herself and the cat. Typically he will glare at the sitter with what I call his "look of death" and go about his business of ignoring everything and everybody. It's great that the sitter has a sense of humor about her line of work.
In short, I've been nothing but pleased with the services from Pampered Pets and would highly recommend them.
