Workers: Excellent. Product: good. Salesman: Unprepared, forgot cost figures for final paperwork. Manager: dreadful to work with: unbending and unreasonable. Expected full job payment 30 days before work was to begin. Should not be allowed to deal with the public.

The workers were excellent, A+. A pleasure to work with: neat, helpful, considerate, careful and hard working. The manager's inflexibility and ungraciousness over the phone and overall testiness would make me very reluctant to deal with this company again. Playing hardnose with a customer, when it is not necessary, is not smart management. Tact and compromise, geez, try it. Life's too short. An and quot;Fand quot;.
