They did a very good job at providing me with the plan I needed to combine my two side-by-side 3-story row houses. One of my houses has an apartment which consists of the second and third floors. I wanted to combine the first floor with the other house's first floor which would double my ground floor space in that house. For that, I needed a plan to put firewalls between the first floor and the rest of the house. I also needed an engineer to tell me what I needed to do in order to safely cut out the brick wall between the two houses. OPA did all of this for me. They also threw in some sample bathroom handicap accessible floor plans for me because they knew that I was using part of the new first floor space for this. They were true to their price estimates and worked with me to teak the designs until it was exactly what I wanted.
