His response time to all issues was fast and he was extremely helpful. I am going to be using him for more of my IT issues both with my business and personal use. Description of Work: The provider reconfigured my company email along with a number of other items on my computer including phone and webmail. He switched over a number of my email addresses, simplifying my process and worked to figure out the most efficient way for me to handle my daily business using both smartphone and email applications

 + 1 moreOur computer (at home but used for business as well) was slow. And we needed access to email from a second location in the house. Josh came out the next day after we contacted him. He was efficient, knowledgeable, pleasant, and skillful. He fixed our computer and he gave us valuable advice about how to get the system to do what we desired! He also had the capability of building a desktop system from component parts, which provided a top-notch product at a very reasonable cost. We will use Josh whenever we have any computer-related needs.
