The mold testing is fine. The mold remediation company is very sketchy. Just buy some air purifiers.

When I first called mold test company they was friendly and very concerned about my issue a inspector came out did the air testing looked very professional and acted very professional I'll get a call a few days later saying that the test went wrong and that they was going to mail me a asbestos kit out so I can do the testing and send it back to them they wouldn't come back out to retest that's wasn't fair to me that is not what I paid for $469 for them check to come out to make sure that my air is clean so I can have my carpets laid down by empire now I'm still waiting and they asking me to do the testing and that is very unfair to me that is not the services I pay for I did not make that mistake the company did that and that wasn't my problem I'm very disappointed with this company they haven't render the services that I paid for I shouldn't have to do no testing they should have came back out and retested and it would have been no problem so far as that part that was the problem I have with this company they made a mistake and they want to make it inconvenient for me because they didn't want to send somebody back out. And if they talk to me I'm probably wouldn't conversated them for the time but they talk to like it was fault

Mold test took air samples inside and out after we discovered some questionable spots that worried us. Samples are sent to a lab for analysis. We subsequently purchased a mold remediation kit from another firm and treated the house. We are breathing easier now. Thanks!

It was very informative. Just pricey.

Excellent and fast service throughout the whole process. Everything was explained in detail. Even the lab reports, which are very confusing, were made very easy to understand when I received a call from Austin. He took his time going over them and answered any and all questions. And the best part, he said if we have any further questions to call back. For the amount of money and the quality and service you receive, it is so worth it. They are 5 stars for a reason.
