Melham Associates, full-service, in-house survey department has at its disposal state of the art GPS equipment and total station EDMs, data collectors, and automatic levels. The firm's surveyors pride themselves on their accuracy, efficiency and construction coordination. Backing up the personnel is an experienced office staff with the latest computer software and hardware available to assist in the analyzing, calculating and illustrating of data. With over 20 years of experience in providing our clients with surveying services including property boundary determinations, topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, construction stake out, construction as-built, mortgage surveys and more, Melham Associates has the staff and expertise to ensure that your project can be completed accurately and efficiently.

It took approximately 5 weeks for them to mark our property (5 acres, privately owned). They gave no explanation, no apology, and no discount for them exceeding the typical time frame. I would definitely NOT recommend them!

We were very pleased with the company and I only recently realized I never gave them a review here. Shame on me! Anyway, the gentleman who came out was very nice, very thorough, and very informative. We hired him to only show us our boundary markers because we seemed to be finding it different than recorded records. Our neighbors saw him working and even they asked for this company's contact info. Very pleased. Would have given them a perfect 5 stars if it had been a tad bit cheaper for what we required. :) All in all, would definitely hire them again or refer them!

John Melham was very pleasant on the phone and talked me through exactly what needed to be done and how it would be performed. His surveyor, Ben, showed up when scheduled and thoroughly performed his surveying task. I would highly recommend their services and will use them again in the future.

I was able to call and schedule an appointment to have my property surveyed within a week. Very knowledgeable and willing to walk me step by step through the process and even the equipment in detail. They were able to keep my job under budget and still go above and beyond our original agreement. I will use them again in the future and strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality contractor.
