Poor communication. Took many weeks to complete. We?re promised wooden stakes at back of property but never done.

The entire team at Melham was great. They took the time to explain the process and communicated along the way. They finished ahead of schedule, and at a fair price.

We were very pleased with the company and I only recently realized I never gave them a review here. Shame on me! Anyway, the gentleman who came out was very nice, very thorough, and very informative. We hired him to only show us our boundary markers because we seemed to be finding it different than recorded records. Our neighbors saw him working and even they asked for this company's contact info. Very pleased. Would have given them a perfect 5 stars if it had been a tad bit cheaper for what we required. :) All in all, would definitely hire them again or refer them!

Even through the telephone I felt the personal touch. John helped me figure out what I was asking for and then provided it. His expertise was greatly appreciated.

John Melham was very pleasant on the phone and talked me through exactly what needed to be done and how it would be performed. His surveyor, Ben, showed up when scheduled and thoroughly performed his surveying task. I would highly recommend their services and will use them again in the future.

I was able to call and schedule an appointment to have my property surveyed within a week. Very knowledgeable and willing to walk me step by step through the process and even the equipment in detail. They were able to keep my job under budget and still go above and beyond our original agreement. I will use them again in the future and strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality contractor.
