The service was good. They were timely and efficient.

The installer came out and measured the door and ordered it. It came a short time later (not too long). They came out and installed the door and it looked nice. However it did not shut (we had to turn the handle and close it) and a couple of weeks later it would not close due to the door rubbing on the frame (humidity). We let Lowe's know and they let the installer know. He responded in a timely manner. He came out and placed a two by four along the frame and whacked it pretty good a couple of times with a large hammer. The door was then able to shut, but not close automatically. We use the two by four trick in the summertime. This is a problem for us in that we have a dog that can open the unlatched door and get out. We also have kids that do not always close the screen door. Needless aggravation!
I'm not sure this is an installation problem or a measurement problem. We are in the process of looking to replace the door now. We will not be using Lowe's.....

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They mailed me a gift card and I used it to pay. It was fine. I do like their store, they are very organized, and the employees are pleasant. I used the full $20. I will absolutely use them again.

They were very nice. The final product fits well and it works, but I thought maybe if I'd spent a little bit more money and gone with another company, I think I would have done better.

The doors were as stated. The glass doors have screens that you do not have to take out. They delivered them in a timely manner. I was happy with the overall experience.

I Overall, I grade the experience a B. I am happy with my new gas range but the service from warehouse to delivery could have been better.

It is just a good place to shop.

Installer arrived on time and was very professional. He installed, checked and cleaned up. He took the old hot water heater with him, which was a relief.
