LEE NAILS

The nail tech Linn, does my nails well but the professionalism is horrible!  I hate sitting there listening to nail techs talk in Vietnamese to other nail tech friends the entire time.  They sit there and gab in Vietnamese with absolutely no concern or interest in the customer who is paying for their services.  Trying to have a conversation with my nail tech is like pulling teeth.  I truly want to establish somewhat of a relationship, but no interest on her part.  But - she'll talk up a storm with her buddies.  And then when her phone rings, she hurries up applying my polish so she can answer it!  Sorry - but I don't want someone conversing on the phone while doing my nails.  There may be other nail techs there that are more professional.  The guy who owns the place is rude and borderline disrespectful.  When I have checked in, he is not very courteous.  Despite the fact that Linn does a good job on my nails, I have finally made the decision that I am not going to be taken advantage of.  I have always tipped $4.00 for an $18 service so I am not a cheapskate!  I don't want to be best friends with my nail tech, but I do expect it to be a 2 way street with respectfulness and courteousness.
