 + -1 moreIt took 8 weeks to get the loveseat after I had to follow up with them 3 times and make a visit to the store once. The loveseat was in there warehouse for 2-3 weeks before I went into the store and then the sales rep, Sam Miller, blamed everyone else for not calling to let me know when it arrived. I have done business with La-Z-Boy before and would not reccomend this location to anyone. Even the manager was shifting blame to others instead of saying that a mistake was made.
