LA MARCO HEATING & AIR COND

Description of Work: Mr. La Marco installed the HVAC systems in the Capitol Heights development in Harrisburg. When I bought my home in 2002, I received a handbook which listed the contractors for the various systems in the house. One of my first projects after purchase was to have a humidifier installed. I contacted Mr. La Marco and he did the work quickly, efficiently and at a good price. I subsequently asked him to perform the annual maintenance on my HVAC system. Over the course of time, I learned that Mr. La Marco also does plumbing jobs. He repaired a few toilets that had been damaged by the use of a chlorine bowl cleaner (fill mechanism would not shut off and water was leaking into the bowl, which in the city can add up to a lot of money and wasted water). I then asked him if he would install an on-demand pump (a pump that circulates the hot water to a set temperature) to provide hot water without delay and conserve water. Again, he executed the project quickly, professionally and at a great price. Subsequently, Mr. La Marco fixed a few leaks caused by deficient plumbing during construction of the house (the original plumber was no longer in business). Most recently, he repaired an outside faucet on my front porch, which would no longer fully close.
