Very well. They gave me an estimate, which was agreeable, scheduled the appt at my convenience, showed up on time, were pleasant and professional, worked quickly and efficiently, and finished the job within the agreed-upon time period.

All went well. They scheduled a time to measure and get an estimate then the nice receptionist called with the information. I paid half when the window was ordered and the remainder when it was installed. The guys doing the installation were friendly, prompt, and efficient. I was pleased.

We had a basketball backboard made to replace one that was broken. The cost was $200, which we accepted. The corners were not finished as requested and in hindsight, we should have just gone to Lowe's to have a piece cut. Our fault for accepting the price and not knowing there were more options. Just felt like they were a business that has enough customers, so if you like what they have, fine, and if not they won't lose any sleep.

They came right on time and were very efficient. They got it done within the hour. I thought it was going to be several panes of glass with a bar inbetween them, but they said that wasn' t the case. I had another company come out that spent an hour with us that felt like a timeshare lecture. The quote was very expensive and they recommended a very high price energy effienct window. Kramer worked with us and gave us a better price. It only took 10 minutes. It was a great experience and a pleasure to have them install our windows.
