That turned out to be a gross underestimate even though three knowledgable people including the original installer as well as the present installer, the sales man and the president of the company. i was charged an additional 9 hours of labor.
Of course I had no choice as this time to accept the charges as the system was not functional.
So, beware of labor estimates, once the work has started it needs to be finished in order to be fully functional and there is not much you can do about additional charges.
