Donaldson's workmanship is inferior quality. The promised time for completion of the job was 2 months - it took 6 months. He agreed not to start any other jobs until mine was complete, but he did. His final bill was $18,894 over the contract price and was adjusted through an attorney. He left the job, went out of state, leaving unsupervised (flooring) subs doing work while drinking on the job. This resulted in the floor having brush hairs, debris and dust sealed under the polyurethane. The floor also has chips from the nailer that were not replaced. Donaldson charged $28,200 for custom cabinets. He cracked one of them on the installation and did not admit to the crack until confronted. His solution was to repair the crack, not replace the cabinet. Tile is uneven in the shower (will email pictures on request), the drywall is very rough, I have to use a Walmart rubber stopper in the new tub, faucet placed too far from tub (have Home Inspector report), the carpet on the steps to this area was not installed properly - not attached, and custom made shutters by Donaldson not built according to the architect plan and will not open as designed.
