The chimney repair went well so I could have my roof replaced. However, the other work did not get done.  At one point he said he was two weeks out to start my job (he must not be able to read a calendar).  First he said he was sick then when he came to my home he was on vacation.  It was one excuse after another.  He said it would be done by the end of summer and end of summer came and went.  I decided I was going to go with someone else then he called and said he could start Tuesday.  I told him to forget it (later I found out he was still working on another job not sure what he would of done if I said yes to start my job).  I did request him to pick up some old brick he left and it took a week for him to come for that considering he stated he would be there within three days.  I learned he pushed me back to take another job that brought in a lot more money.  His word is garbage.  He does good work if you can get him there.  But he is very undependable and I have found his word to mean nothing.  He said he dropped the ball, and if that was an apology that was a sad apology.
