+ 5 moreThe technical work was an "A". They made some decisions that they didn't consult with us first. We have to step down to one area of our house and I was surprised by that.
Description of Work: Joel Oberman Remodeling did an addition to the back of the house and redid the roof. We did the garage at the same time. They redid the kitchen and we have nice cabinets now.

+ -1 moreWe were very happy with them. A neighbor referred them to me. He does all kind of stuff. He is fantastic. They were very good and conscientious. The people that work for him are also good. They are hard workers and get the job done. I rate them high overall.
Description of Work: We used Joel Oberman Remodeling for the entire August to put a roof, soffits, and gutters. He is redoing our bedroom and living room ceiling.

Joel Oberman Remodeling offers the following services: Oberman Remodeling provides all necessary services to complete a project including tear-out/removal, framing, and electrical, plumbing and HVAC sub-contractors, drywall and finishing, painting, moulding and trim. I also provide ceramic/porcelain tile work which is usually associated with a bathroom remodel. I use the Schluter Kerdi Shower system for tile showers/bathtub walls. We also provide renovations/ remodeling on the exterior of homes.
I do not offer exterior painting, install carpet or large sheet vinyl jobs but I can provide the names and contact info for quality contractors that provide the above services.
