Oberman Remodeling is a full service contractor that is capable of handling every aspect of your remodeling/renovation project. I provide quality workmanship from the tear-out/removal phase through to the last brush stroke of paint. I physically work on every project along with quality sub-contractors for electrical, plumbing and HVAC. I normally require a deposit two weeks before the start of the project unless there are special order materials that have a longer lead time to receive, then the full $ amount of the material is required prior to ordering the material. I normally send the final invoice within two weeks of project completion. I do not except credit cards or provide financing.

Oberman Remodeling provides all necessary services to complete a project including tear-out/removal, framing, and electrical, plumbing and HVAC sub-contractors, drywall and finishing, painting, moulding and trim. I also provide ceramic/porcelain tile work which is usually associated with a bathroom remodel. I use the Schluter Kerdi Shower system for tile showers/bathtub walls. We also provide renovations/ remodeling on the exterior of homes.
Services we don't offer
I do not offer exterior painting, install carpet or large sheet vinyl jobs but I can provide the names and contact info for quality contractors that provide the above services.
