John Moss was wonderful! Very friendly, and customer service focused and the work was done very timely. Shoes looks great! I would highly recommend his business.

John Moss was very helpful and very accommodating. The service he provided was fast (same day) and reasonable considering it took him 45 minutes to hand-stitch what I needed to get done. I was very pleased and will definitely use his services in the future.

I had taken my beautiful broken sandal to a shoe repair place on Derry street who had done a repair for me before. When I took this sandal there, they said they couldn't repair it and that I should get some shoe glue and do it myself. Now..... they are the ones with all of the shoe glue.....why can't they just shoot glue in the seam and do it?? So - I went looking for a new shoe repair place and got on Angie's List. I saw that Jiffy Shoe Cobbler had gotten good reviews, so my husband took my sandal there. Sure enough - Jiffy did a great job and glued the strap.....no problem! The provider also suggested that my other sandal should be looked at and she would reinforce that strap as well. My sandals were repaired same day. I have since worn these sandals several times and they have held up wonderfully. I will be taking all shoes needing repaired to Jiffy Shoe Cobbler from now on. They were professional and speedy and I highly recommend them!

They provide high quality honest repairs at a reasonable price.

I first went to Tulli's shoe repair because they are closer to my house, but they said they could not help me because they did not carry eyelets that were the correct size. I then called the gentleman at Jiffy and he said to bring them in and he could get the job done in a few days. I dropped them off and had them back on the day that he quoted. Quality is great, customer service was great, price was in line with what I thought it should be. I'm very pleased with Jiffy Shoe Cobbler and will be using them again when it's time to replace my boots. I also found out the owner was a fellow infantryman (a combat decorated veteran at that). I believe it's important to support local businesses, epsecially those owned and operated by veterans.

They did a good job at a fair price, in the time estimated. BTW - they prefer cash/checks and payment at drop-off. Pre-payment is not unusual from cobblers and the cash/check request is reasonable for a small business.
