Excellent. Jim McGraw came out the next day (Sunday) to do the repair. He did NOT charge a weekend or emergency fee. Replaced our pump and tank at a reasonable price. He is extremely professional and relates well to the homeowner (giving detailed instructions and picks up his phone when you have questions about something). The tank fizzled out a year later (due to a manufacturing issue) and he came out and replaced it under warranty with no issues whatsoever. My very highest recommendation. He also does water treatment (UV lights, water softeners, etc.).
