About us

We are a factory authorized service center for most major brands and Concierge Servicer for Panasonic. We also sell extended service contracts at a better value than the big box stores. Technicians are background and drug screened and attend annual training to keep up to date on new technology. We also repair screens on smart phones, tablets and GPSs. We offer installation of home surveillance cameras.

Services we offer

IN home service on all brand TVs or bring it to us. For a nominal fee we will send a technician to you home to diagnose the issue and give you a repair estimate. If the repair is approved onsite, the estimate fee is waived

Yes, I recommend this pro
Jeff was great to work with. He was in contact with LG support and was able to diagnose and order parts for the problem. He replaced the main circuit board, defrosted the frozen coils and replace any other parts necessary without leaving any mess. Jeff was very pleasant and did a very good job.

Don't use them period.  Used they because they were close.  I am going back to Qualitech. 
My husband dropped off because my computer had a startup problem.  Finally after several weeks I called.  He said he needed the startup disk.  I didn't have.  He said he would need to download.  I said okay.  I authorized my computer to be backed up $125 charge.  Call back to see if it was ready and he said no one authorized for him to back up.  Funny he was the one I spoke with.  Talked to him again and he said he has it backed up and he needs to order the start up disk.  I authorize again. Called this past Thursday same story.  Now I am picking up my unrepaired computer.  They have had my computer for over 6 weeks and it is not repaired.  Check out google reviews.  Both of had to take their items to another repair shop.  I am going back to Qualitech.

"We did apologize to the customer that she was unhappy. We tried everything to accommodate this customer and when we couldn't discounted the bill 50% when she picked the computer up. We are a small family operation and strive to meet our customer's expectations. In this instance we couldn't."
