The overall experience went well. Two inspectors (pat and tom) showed up on time (actually, a few minutes early). Both were extremely pleasant and seemed very knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all our questions and provided us with good tips. They did a very thorough inspection. I truly recommend them (even though the receptionist was not so friendly).
