Barry was extremely professional during the listing meetings. He explained all the paperwork associated with selling a house. He provided advice on cleaning and staging the house for showings. He had a professional photographer take pictures of the house for the listing. As showings were scheduled, he contacted me to ensure I received the showing notifications. (I had 15 showings in the 1st week.) He worked with me to find a contractor to mitagate the Radon problem in my basement. When he received an offer on my house, he discussed the offier with me and answered all my questions. After signing the offer, he kept me up-to-date on the closing.
Barry does not pressure you into signing documents quickly. He answers all your questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone selling a house in the Greater Harrisburg Area.
