Three days after the oil change, my engine "exploded" and basically fell apart.
No one, not even Mr. Hoffman, would give me a reasonable explanation why this happened.
All culpability was mine....Hoffman Ford and said the oil change was irrelavant to the problem. I beg to differ......never bring your car there ....they were unprofessional and disrespectful to myself and my daughter.

They inspect my car and vacuum my car and clean my windows after the service. You also get a little credit for each dollar you spend. You get a rebate and it comes off next time. They are very honest and they don't try to upsell me anything. There's no pressure when I want to buy a car. I like the technicians. I like the service coordinators. They are really nice. All the staff is very nice.

Being a woman getting cars repaired is always a challenge. I've been going there for many years so I'm always treated very fairly. They always do a good job and I do not feel I overpay. I feel their prices are reasonable, so when I pay my bill I know my service is completed. I never have to go back, they do what needs to be done. The people there are excellent, very courteous and they provide a free shuttle. It was a very positive experience. I like them so much I took my daughter there in January to buy her first new car. I will definitely use them again.
