perfect job..started on schedule, completed on schedule, stayed on budget.  They are expensive compared to most but worth every penny.

Frank does superb work of the highest quality. However he is expensive compared to most. But worth every penny !

All work performed by the general contractor was exceptional.  The  drywall SUB did a sub-par job.The taping and mudding of the joints and screws were done quickly and were in desperate need of sanding that never happened.  Surface matching the existing plaster was mediocre at best.   
    As I said before, the general contractor did an excellent job and did offer to have the SUB come back, however, two weeks without this particular bathroom was long enough for a rental.  The tenants will just have to live with it.

There was a two man team. One completed the electrical projects while the other worked on the floating shelf. They were fast, friendly, and did not leave a mess when the jobs were completed.
