 + 0 moreAll work performed by the general contractor was exceptional. The drywall SUB did a sub-par job.The taping and mudding of the joints and screws were done quickly and were in desperate need of sanding that never happened. Surface matching the existing plaster was mediocre at best. As I said before, the general contractor did an excellent job and did offer to have the SUB come back, however, two weeks without this particular bathroom was long enough for a rental. The tenants will just have to live with it.
Description of Work: Bathroom enlargement and renovation.

 + -1 moreThere was a two man team. One completed the electrical projects while the other worked on the floating shelf. They were fast, friendly, and did not leave a mess when the jobs were completed.
Description of Work: I had a laundry list of projects to be completed, including the wiring and hanging of two pendant chandeliers, and the installation of a large floating shelf. There were additional small projects on the list. They were very flexible when I presented a last minute change to my original list of projects.
