We were given a "Friday first thing in the morning" delivery time. We received a call at 7:30 AM telling us that delivery was changed to Friday from between 4:00 to 7:00 and we could not respond to the call because of their phone system. We changed our plans and waited, and waited, and they never showed up. They called an hour later to tell us they wouldn't be there! They then said that delivery would be first thing Monday AM, and it was again rescheduled for between 3:00 and 6:00. The woman coordinating delivery was rude and the men who made the delivery were not pleasant.
