Description of Work: went into store. Service was nonexistent. Salespeople standing around. Walked by sales center, no greeting. No "how may I help you." Found flat screen myself but did not purchase. I do not recommend.

Description of Work: I purchased a refrigerator washer dryer and gas grill from HH Greg. The refrigerator came damaged. They were able to bring me a new one the next morning at the time that they said that they would. Every other appliance was in good working order. I had no issues with the people that delivered the products. I definitely feel that I would use HH Greg again in the future.

 + -1 moreWe were given a "Friday first thing in the morning" delivery time. We received a call at 7:30 AM telling us that delivery was changed to Friday from between 4:00 to 7:00 and we could not respond to the call because of their phone system. We changed our plans and waited, and waited, and they never showed up. They called an hour later to tell us they wouldn't be there! They then said that delivery would be first thing Monday AM, and it was again rescheduled for between 3:00 and 6:00. The woman coordinating delivery was rude and the men who made the delivery were not pleasant.
Description of Work: We purchased a spring and mattress set. The set was to be delivered on a certain day and at a certain time. The delivery was changed FOUR times, and at a great inconvenience to us.
