They showed up on time and finished placing and sealing the tile in one day.  There were many cuts that were made due to the counter tops not being level.  The second day they grouted the tile and caulked the space between the counter top and tile for a water tight seal.

Brett (Owner) patiently walked us through picking out tile and hardwood flooring. He visited our home twice to insure that we were satisfied with our choices as well as talked about how we wanted the custom bathroom to look. The installers were on time and very professional. They protected our home with drapes and coverings. They were very polite and cleaned up everything at the end of the day. Brett followed up with calls throughout the project.
We had one issue with a manufacture defect and Brett immediately took care of us by replacing the material at no cost or question. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of the material and the people from Harrisburg Wall and Flooring.
I get many complements on my floors and bathroom. You cannot go wrong with these guys.
Top notch in my book.

It went very smoothly

They picked my carpet up on 6/19/14 and it will be brought back this week.  They have cleaned carpets for me in the past so there is no reason for me to think that there will be any problems this time.

Order for the tile was placed through the provider but my first choice of tile wasn't available so I had to pick another choice of tile. The job was finished in one day. Cleanup could have been a little better but nothing drastic.

The job went well and was completed as promised.

Everything went very smoothly.  Installers helped move the large furniture from the rooms and replaced items when done.  They did a beautiful job and everything looked as good as I had anticipated if not better.  Ken, the owner, was here several times.  He came out and measured and came out as the work was being done.  His suggestions for carpeting were great.  I originally wanted sculptured carpet but could not find the colors I wanted.  He suggested what was put down and I could not be happier with it.

Very well.  The installers were very professional and did an excellent job.  We were especially impressed by how well they accommodated our schedules in moving furniture around from room to room as they progressed throughout the job.  Overall, the work took one week to complete.  We felt comfortable leaving the house as the installation team worked.

The technician removed the old linoleum treads, the metal edge trim and installed new rubber treads and risers.  They were very good to let me borrow samples and work up alternative quotes (using different materials) to reduce the price.  I ultimately chose the more expensive rubber and I am very happy with my choice.  The installation has been down about nine months now without any problems.

The work was done in only a couple of hours and you could not even tell where the repairs were done.

This is the second job that Harrisburg Wall & Flooring has done for us and the second was just as good as the first. They were very patient with us through the selection process. We took several weeks before we finally decided on a particular wood and carpeting. The order was placed in early August and everything was ready for installation by August 23. The installers were prompt and careful, and the overall quality of the installation was excellent. The new floors look fantastic!
If we have additional flooring needs, we would not hesitate to use them again.

The time in and time out was good.  But we were not too happy with the rug that they laid down. They did not follow our directive on the grade of the carpet. The service was covered by our insurance since there was a flood. 

The elderly salesman was in a hurry to get out us out of the showroom. (We got there a 15 minutes before 5:00 p.m.)  He knew there were different grades of carpets that were being replaced from the contractor's orders.  We were only there to pick out the colors.  Only one bedroom should have had the medium grade carpet, the other larger room & steps should have had the best carpet and of course padding.  I had said the same color, not the same rug grade throughout.

Two other rooms got the correct carpet and padding, but one of those rooms was glued down without padding.  They had to come and redo it, which they did.  It should of had padding & carpet tacks type installation.  They did do a clean install, not trash left behind and the carpets are installed well. 

Nationwide Insurance paid for the repairs and Service Pro was the contractor.

The worker arrived and installed the tiles on schedule. As planned, the adhesive was allowed to dry overnight so that the application of the grout did not cause movement of the tiles. The next day he returned to apply the grout and caulking.
We had opted for sealing of the grout after installation. However, the sealer required the grout to dry a minimum of 6 hours prior to application. Rather than come back again, and since I am reasonably handy, my wife suggested that I apply the sealer myself. After reviewing the instructions on the aerosol can, I decided not to attempt this since it looked like it could get very messy. Therefore we called them back and they agreed to return to do the sealing. This was completed within a few days.
The result is a beautiful tile backsplash that complements our new countertops.
