GRUBICS FLOORING AMERICA

Within 6 months, the flooring boards separated in my upstairs, the nosing on the steps became loose, and you could literally bounce on the family room level. I called 3 times, did not get any response. Finally had to file suit to get them to correct the flooring. As part of the agreement, they put carpeting back in the family room, fixed the gaps upstairs, and assurred me the steps were so tight you could park a truck on them. (they neglected to say a matchbook truck.) It is now a little over another year and the steps are loose, the gaps have returned, and I have yet to get any satisfaction. All I can tell anyone dealing with this company is this: when I sued for the initial return on my investment, I was told they had filed bankruptcy and I could get in line. As a solution, like a fool, I allowed them to return to my home under the guise of their "new business," to make the corrections. Now, once again in order to get resolution I would have to sue them again. My legal bills would almost meet the cost just replacing the flooring, so it is cost prohibitive at this point. Anyone doing business with this company needs to heed well the saying, "BUYER BEWARE."
