Their geek squad was such a horrible fiasco. They told me they would be here between 12-2, but by 4:00 no one had come. I called them and they said that they would come on another day. I wanted them to move my equipment from one place to another and they said they would have to charge me double and come two different times to get it all done. We just found some one else to do it and we had great luck. We had to argue with BEST BUY and we finally got out money back from them.
