The man ripped me off big time. I live 600 miles away from my rental properties so I have to really trust the people I hire. This man told me I needed a new heating system when I didn’t. He charged me $17,000 for this new heating system. There was a leak under one of our sinks and he charged us $292 but didn’t even fix the problem, he just told us what was wrong with it and said it would be $600 to fix that. He also charged me over $600 to replace a toilet when the only thing that was wrong with the toilet was the chain was unhooked. This is what made a light bulb go off in my head, because I knew it shouldn’t cost anywhere near $600 to replace a toilet, especially when there was nothing wrong with the old toilet. His repair man was also very rude to my tenants. I would definitely never recommend this company to anyone.
