FoxBuilt, Inc.
About us
“We care about people, we happen to build homes.” That’s our motto. Our goal is to make the custom design and building process creative, enjoyable, on-budget, and focused on our relationship with you. Our creative designers ask the right questions to help you determine exactly what you want and what your home will look like. We’re here to help you make the best choices for your taste and budget, whether it’s kitchen countertops or backyard landscaping. Having a small crew of skillful craftsmen allows us to keep a tighter schedule, more competitive pricing, and higher quality control than other larger builders. While we’re building your new home, we welcome you to visit the site at any time. We’re known for having clean and safe sites, and we’d be happy to give you a walk-through. We also perform custom remodeling, additions, decks/patios, cabinetry, and more.

We're recommending them to our parents and will recommend them to others in the future!
We'll be calling them down the road for other projects we have in mind.
Pros:
1. Family-run business decreases the number of subcontractors (a real benefit). They were also nice to do business with.
2. Work was done with very good quality.
3. When unexpected problems arose, they discussed them with us to deal with solutions (and in general the associated costs were borne by them).
4. They honored their warranty and came back to repair two small items that became problematic.
5. After living with their addition and remodeling for three years, we love the results and get numerous complements on their work (and we live in a neighborhood with high quality homes).
Cons:
1. Be sure to get a quote for upcharges on any additional work you add to avoid unexpected surprises.
2. Unless things have changed, I would not use them for hardscaping/landscaping. This was not a strength of FoxBuilt. If you have an unusual lot (ours is very hilly and has drainage issues), find a company specialzing in those services and have them coordinate with FoxBuilt.
