"We strive to making sure our customers are extremely happy."
PASunRooms (which is a franchise owner of Four Seasons Sun Rooms) is fantastic! When doing research, I found that not all franchises do a good job. So I looked up PASunRooms (and other companies) on Angies List, the Better Business Bureau, and anything else that I could find online or by talking to folks. I must say at the outset I was nervous about the idea of having a sunroom built because I had never been in one with a glass ceiling nor did I know anyone who had one. However, the general idea of being practically outside four seasons of the year was compelling. Another point that I was nervous about was the heating and cooling, I figured that the bills could be large and the "tree hugger" in me worried about the waste of energy.
Although I didn't realize how important this was at the beginning of the project, the team at PASunRooms made the whole experience wonderful. Ralph McKnight, the sales rep, was the linchpin during the whole process from helping Kim and me find a design that worked for both of us to my endless questions and changes. Ralph also helped us through the process of deciding on how to heat and cool the unit. We decided on a Fujitsu mini split (which costs about $2,700). This HVAC is fantastic and makes our sunroom truly four seasons.
After the job was complete the sunroom did experience a leak that PASunRooms quickly fixed. My only suggestion to new sunroom owners is to thoroughly test their sunroom by using a hose to soak the outside, top to bottom, for at least five minutes.
Again, Kim and I couldn't be happier with our sunroom, and we'd pick PASunRooms again.

Price wise, it was the most expensive contractor but the product was far superior to the others. There was not much flexiablity on price because so many structural unknowns that canb occur when adding to an existing house but it was reasonable. The quality of work was worth it. No additonal charges were incured and the job was completed as contracted for the price contracted.
The workers showed up on time daily and often worked late and a few weekends.
The Four Seasons salesman Ralph was very helpful in seeing the potential of the house with the new additions. He never discounted our ideas but kept real on what could be done and the cost.
Very honest as over $500 was removed from my bill when Four Seasons learned some fees overcharged by local zoning and inspection offices were returned to the Four Seasons. They could have kept this I would not have ever known but they removed it from the bill.
It has totally transformed our house front and back. The added value is far greater than the $75,000 we put into the project.
These folks are great to work with. Great Job!! Thanks again!
The work that was done was often sloppy and had to be corrected. Excessive gobs of white silicone calking were used to fill in large gaps in the aluminum framing and other joints.
They took little care to protect my tile floor and as a result several tiles were chipped and broken and a rain storm dumped about an inch of water onto the tile floor soaking it to the point that the tile adhesive became saturated and allowed water to drain through the floor into the insulation below.
Some of the window units were set out of square and as a result look like they are about to fall out of their slides. I was informed by the company representitive that perhaps the deck that the sunroom was being built on was not level. Any good contractor would have leveled the frame prior to installing the seqments.
Roofing shingles were cut too short so some of the rain drips between the gutters and the sunroom instead of fully into the gutters. In addition, the shingle caps were installed incorrectly.
The dry walling finishing was poorly done. Taped joints are very visable and the electrical outlet covers needed to be oversized due to
sloppy work.
"We apologize that [member name removed] was not happy with his Four Seasons Sunroom and by the installer. This is not typical of the work we do. We strive to give our customers the best quality and incredible customer service."
