Four Season Property Services

I removed snow from them 1 time Dec 2020. It is now April 2021 and I have yet to get paid for my services. Highly unprofessional. A company that fails to pay its help is a good indication that they can’t be trusted to do work on your property.

I was very pleased with the removal of the larger items, as well as the smaller, distressed fruit trees. I was also pleased with the removal of all the white landscaping stones and the trimming of shrubs. What I wasn't pleased with was the fact that they waited until late October/early November to do the work so, therefore, the grass seed that was planted never really took hold. They were 3 weeks behind the start date they initially scheduled. Brian did assure me that if the grass didn't come up in the spring because of the lateness of planting, they would return and redo the planting. I began calling him in April after not receiving any follow-up call regarding the seed germination, and we set a date for them to remove the weeds that had popped up in place of the grass and to re-plant seed 4 different times. 3 of those times, no one showed to do the work even though they assured me they would. I understand that we had a very rainy spring and that Four Seasons fell behind their scheduled work, however, after calling the 4th time, and it now being the beginning of July, the weeds were taking over the soil that had been laid where the pool was, it was an eyesore, and we were beginning to hit very hot temperatures which I knew would make seed germination more difficult. After setting a date for the 4th time, 3 days later, the work was completed. The problem, however, is that they did not rake up the hardened dirt nor did they removed any of the weeds. They simply threw grass seed around and left. Knowing that nothing positive was going to come of this small effort, my husband raked the dirt to loosen it all, planted grass seed, covered it with hay and began watering-all of which I was told by the owner that Four Seasons would do. The grass is now popping up and pushing the hay out of the way, and I think I may have a filled-in area by fall. The other downside was that they under-estimated the amount of soil needed to fill in the pool area and charged me an additional $350.00 on top of the price they had given me. I would recommend this company for removal of shrubs, trimming and yard clean-up. However, I would recommend you agree to a firm price, keep an eye on their work and not expect expediate turnaround.

My experience with them was pretty good as they were pretty helpful. I was able to bounce some ideas off of them and get a better idea of what I wanted to do. They were pretty reasonable and fair about their pricing.

Terrific. Before the project began, the owner and project manager did another walk-around with me to fine-tune everything, and the end product is amazing.

Overall I am very pleased with the work. The crew was very professional and hardworking. It was a real pleasure working with Brian and Ron. Both wanted to make sure that I was happy with everything that was done, Ron walked me through a final inspection before he and his crew left. The entire process from start to finish was a good experience.
I really took a and quot;chanceand quot; not knowing their work because they were not Angies List but they are now and I am glad that I did take that chance.
