I probably paid too much. It was the end of the day and I was done. We had looked all day. I probably paid $2000 to much.

It's easy to schedule, you can do it online. Very thorough with explaining what you car needs.
I have a good level of confidence that I am not getting ripped off.

The sale went really fast. They had the paper work ready to go to be signed. I felt like I got a good deal.

I had a very negative experience. They tried to add on a $200 plus charge onto a service that was not needed and I knew it was needed because a week before I went to a 3rd party and had my air conditioning checked and because I had a suspicious feeling that they were gonna try and tell me I needed Freon which they did and that it is $225. I knew from the 3rd party inspection from the week before that there was plenty of Freon in the car and there was not a problem and Faulkner told me there was no Freon. So they eliminated the Freon from my car and tried to charge $225 to have it recharged. When I told them I had a 3rd party assessment done a week before and I refused to pay it. They gave it to me as a complimentary service. I didn't agree with that. I just go to them for my convince. They always call for a follow up to see how the service went and I reported exactly what I felt my impression were. It was supposed to go to the service manager and he was supposed to call me back. He never called me back. He never offered an explanation. He never offered any way to make it up to me. Made no effort from a customer service perspective to regain my trust. I don't understand what the point in following up is if I tell you something you may not wanna hear. The other place said it was a switch and I asked them if it was the Freon and they said "no it is a switch." So I took it to the dealership. They did say it was a switch and the said it needed Freon. The technician argued with me. They told me it was done and I came on my lunch hour. I wasted my entire lunch. They berated me in front of the entire waiting room area. There is nothing from a manager perspective that they did nothing wrong. I will only go there for certain things.

It was fine. I think they are comparable to anyone else doing inspections.

The gentlemen that we dealt with has since retired. When we went in, and I did 3 months of research so I knew what I wanted as far as the make. The salesman named Stanley Brown. He since retired. My husband was with me and he talked to me. He treated me like a human being. He dealt with me. He was excellent! I couldn't have asked for better.

The only problem I have with them is that when they change the oil, it leaks out over the car and on my garage floor. I repeatedly keep telling them. My car is a 2006 and maybe 3 times it did not leak. I kept complaining and sent them pictures. I am tired of the smell and oil on my floor.

Just no pressure, they just try to go with you on a deal, there is really no pressure so that made it a better experience.

We always go to Faulkner for my car. When we travel a certain length away from home, we like to make sure everything is working. I've had the car since 2006 and that's the only place I take it to. I have only one issue with them. It's an ongoing issue and I have even called the manager. Maybe three times out of all the years I've had my car, has the oil not leaked, all over my garage floor. According to the one supervisor that dealt with the car, for my year vehicle, to put the oil in, there is no straight shot and the pipe curves. He himself said that when they do my CRV, there is a special funnel they're supposed to use. I constantly complain. That's the only issue I have with them. Other than that, they're very good in everything else they do on my vehicle. Every time I took it in, I said, "Please make sure." I just finally gave up. I said to my husband, "As long as my car doesn't catch on fire and also it's not destroying anything, other than having more oil on my garage floor, I'm not saying a word because it doesn't do any good." They give me free oil changes. I said, "I'm not looking for free oil changes. I want it done right." Everything else that they do on my car is excellent. I would still recommend them because it happens to be that year car that has that issue. Their pricing is fair, it's reasonable. It's a dealership and they're supposed to be professional on that type of vehicle, the Hondas. I can't see where I would be paying much more less anywhere else. I look at the convenience too because I know they know what they're doing. Their responsiveness is excellent. They talk to me like a human being. I know that's why I bought my Honda there because when I was looking, my husband was with me and the salesman talked to me, as a person, and not to my husband. A lot of places I've been where it was like I must not have even been there type of a thing. They do show concern when it comes to the oil and stuff, but I just finally gave up. I just got tired of saying anything because everything else they do on my CRV, I've never had a problem. They're always very polite and the gentleman I usually deal with, when I do take the Honda in, will take time and explain stuff to me. If I have questions, I ask them and they answer them, without any hesitation.

My experience with them was great. They always make time. If you need, they could find time for you. I always wait for my car. They value your time and they value you as a customer so I like that.

They always seemed professional and address my needs. They service my car in a timely fashion. This price is reasonable. I don't feel like they unnecessarily overcharge me. They seem to diagnose things pretty accurately and quickly. They are very punctual and very responsive. I just was on the phone with them to resolve a rebate issue because they claimed that the tires that I had installed last year were eligible for rebate with the tire company. It turned out they weren't eligible for a rebate. When I mailed it in, they denied the rebate. So, I contacted Faulkner Honda to see how they can resolve issue and my hope was that they would credit me the rebate amount. They acknowledged that it was a mistake on their end and they said they would discount the price of parts or services on my subsequent appointments. I think that was kind of responsive and addressed my concerns. I do appreciate that because weren't defensive about it as they could have said it was a mistake and they were sorry.

I purchased a car with them and I've been getting my service done there, because it's not an unpleasant experience. They make it very convenient. The price is a little bit more than a mechanic, but I prefer to take my car there. I've never had an issue with them.

The process went pretty well. I had purchased a minivan from them several years ago. My son needed a car. But he had not estabished credit for himself. He had paid cash for things and had not made a "big" purchase. They were very helpful in getting great financing from Honda.
We went to the same sales person I had when I bought my minivan. He was and is very professional. He knew we understood the pricing for the vehicle. And there was none of the back and forth negotiating game. The financing manager was professional, informative and very helpful.

They have a lot of different franchises that they sell but they are pretty good people. They have Honda, Toyota, and I think they have Fiat but I'm not sure. I have one of each: a Honda and a Toyota. Their service is really, really good. They are really good at their service, they are friendly and they're easy to get along with. I think my overall experience is excellent. They are a dealership so they would be a little higher than your neighborhood garage but I would have to give them a B+ on any pricing.

They were very good and excellent. It went very well. They got back to me really fast. In fact, we never thought that we would buy that car because there are only four cylinders and my husband said that he was not going to buy a four cylinder car. We had bought another Honda a couple of years ago from another dealership. I went there and they gave me a price which was really high. Then I got estimates from three different dealerships, which were low. I then went to Faulkner Honda and they gave me their best price. It was a lot better than what the other dealership had offered and so we ended up buying from them. Something that I really like about them is that their service department is terrific. They also wash your car when you take your car in for anything or when you take it in for an oil change. I think we are going to take our other Honda that we bought from the other place to them for service. We would definitely use their services in the future too.
