This plumber is a winner! He is patient and walks me through the specifics of the problem -- even pointing out routine maintenance I can perform myself to avoid future issues. He performs the work in a timely and thorough manner at a reasonable cost. He has been her to fix leaks, clogged drains and washer hose problems and has always done a very good job.

Neil showed up on time and worked hard for hours to clear my shower drain. He was very resourceful and had to use many different ways to finally clear the drain. The problem proved to be a clog made of rust and metal scales from my old black iron pipes. After breaking through the clog he ended up clearing out several buckets of sludge. He cleaned up the mess in the basement and the shower. After all of that he only charged me $240.00! I would recommend him to anyone.

Selected this company due to feedback on Angie's List. Trying to find a company that I can use consistently for plumbing needs. Called first for a leak in a seldom-used shower, so it wasn't a big rush job. Second time was a clog causing a leak in our main shower. I won't say they were the most responsive, but when I got a call back, we set up an appointment and it was kept as scheduled. The work was done in a prompt, professional, and quality manner. The cost was very reasonalbe, especially compared to larger companies we've used which I guess have a lot of overhead (like people to answer the phone and return calls promptly). On both jobs I asked for some follow-up info - a recommendation on someone to repair the damaged drywall and a bid on a tankless water heater - neither of which was ever provided. Overall, high-quality, reasonably-priced, no-frills plumbing work. If that's what you need, these could be your guys.

Neil was here 1 1/4 hrs total. What I like about these guys is that they do not grandstand and try to scare you and then give you a big bill like some other companies out there. This company is just two guys, Neil and Matt. Both are so nice, clean, serious, down to earth, polite. They are good about educating the consumer about what they can to do to avoid future problems. I have not really worried about getting an estimate yet because of previous three great experiences with them. All of them were small jobs though. There is $15.00 service charge for coming out, $60.00 hourly labor charge and then your materials. They will let it up to you to get you own faucet, etc. like I did or they can get it for you because sometimes they have to see what is needed first. But then you are paying labor time. The quality of the work is excellent which is the most important thing. I will not hesitate to call them. In the past, I mentioned a problem reaching them on the phone. This time I got Matt immediately so no complaint about that. They are a small operation but they do strive to provide great customer service.

It went fine. We have had more issues when we tried to contact them for another job. Did not return message. So we will go with someone else.

My bathroom faucet was leaking. The shutoff valve was stuck and I didn't want to break it so I knew I needed a professional to come in soon. I used F/W Plumbing before so I called. Matt Johnson responded after a couple of hours explaining that he had a flat tire and he quickly worked me into his schedule. I was delighted with the service I received. He was kind to educate me about the operation of the shut off valve. He is a down to earth plumber who doesn't give you some big showboat story with an equally large bill and a condescending manner. I appreciate his honesty, knowledge, skill, cleanliness of his appearance and my house. He was very kind to my pets, which is important to me. I would not hesitate to call either Matt or Neil for a big job based on their performance on the small jobs at my home because I know I can trust them.

This was my 1st experience with F/W Plumbing as my usual plumber went out of business. The leak on my ceiling scared me and I envisioned tearing out walls and expensive bills. Based on Angie's List, I called.They have 2 numbers and they both get forwarded to the same message They have a message machine which sort of worried me but it was not long before Neil called me back. He asked me if I could wait until the next week due to the holiday weekend and vacation schedule and I could because of having multiple bathrooms. I was delighted with his prompt arrival at the appointed time and his professional apprearance, performance, attitude and cleanliness. He was very nice to my pets. He is the kind of guy you like to have come into your home.

I first called because of a leak in our water line. The plumber came over, evaluated the status of the leak, gave some suggestions and an estimate for the work to be done. We scheduled a convenient time and he returned to complete the work.
