Essis & Sons Carpet One Floor & Home

We are absolutely thrilled with the custom stair runners we purchased from Essis & Sons of Harrisburg. Tim is wonderful to work with, low/no pressure sales knowledgeable & helpful all with a pleasant attitude. The install was a breeze & all looks excellent. We will be back!!

Originally I ordered carpet to be installed in a room but decided to get hardwood. Essis were very ccoperative with using the carpeting to make area rugs.

Very nice job.  They use a special process of cleaning and drying.  Clean and almost like new again.

the installer they use for their wood floors is the best. he had done our second floor about a year before and we asked for him specifically. everyone at the company is great. we would highly recommend them.

The cleaning process is normally a 4-6 week process.  The job was done in a very professional manner.

Everything so far went well and the installers were no problem unlike installers we had from other places.  I wish we had ESSIS do the kitchen floor tile also as we had trouble with that job which was done by another business.  We will stick to ESSIS on the next job if the price is in range with other similar local dbusiness.

This was a great experience. We went to the showroom, did not get pressured, and the salesman came to our house that day! The carpet took two weeks to order. It was ready a little early. The scheduler was very responsive and offered us an earlier install. The installers arrived 20 minutes early on the installation day. They worked very hard and even built out a section of our bar foot rail to make the carpet stretch better. The end result was magnificent!

My experience with them was good. Professionalism and quality was excellent. I would use them again in the future.

They were punctual, did a good job and the carpet looks great. The carpet hasn't shed one fuzz. We will hire them again.

They cleaned and prepped my rug. It now looks great. When I called them, they told me to bring it in by the end of the day so they could clean it the next morning. They wanted to get the stain out as quickly as possible.

They did a good job with it. I called them to give me a price to do new carpeting in the house, to do the ceramic floor, and to put a hardwood floor in. The guy came and measured. He gave me a ridiculous price for the carpet. They were pretty good in cleaning up the backsplash and my counters too. I would not use them in the future.

Everything was great and we were very pleased. We thought they would be more expensive but they were considerably less. They were the lowest price that we got. All of the tile that we decided to use was on sale somewhere else but Essis and Sons had cheaper labor so they were less expensive overall. They have had the same employees for a long time so you know who you are going to get and you know the work isn't just going to be farmed out. We have friends that use them and we would absolutely use them again.

They have shops everywhere. I started with the one in Mechanicsburg and would not rate them high. I worked with the one in New Oxford and they were great. They did a nice job. They were responsive, punctual and professional. They are going to do my carpeting in the future.

Very happy would recommend to anyone. The only problem we had was there seems to be a disconnect between the office and the sales department. It was not a problem just surprising.

They were very friendly and patient. They did the work very quickly and they stuck to their estimate. They have a very good home estimate system. I would recommend them.

Had to replace one room as the color did not match at seams and had some blemishes on another that were repaired. Had to be repaired more than once but Essis was a pleasure to deal with on both issues.

Installation took just over 4 hours, as we had saved some time beforehand removing the old carpet and installing underlayment over the old plank flooring. Installation was very nicely done with all edges rolled and every step strip tacked down; not stapled. Every transition and corner cut was nicely done. The only fault, though minor, was that we needed to vacuum after the install.

Okay, except for the above, which of course was not the contractor's fault.
