E. Brown Plumbing is a family owned and run business that has been in operation for six years in the Harrisburg area. Owner/operator, Edward Brown, has over thirty years experience in the construction business and is a Licensed Master Plumber. All project estimates are provided free of charge and with no obligation to the customer for use of services. Plumbing service calls are performed with a set hourly rate. These hourly rates have not changed in the recent years despite the economic downturn. This is in an effort to provide our customers with continued quality services at a reasonable rate. The listed hours are for normally scheduled appointments, however the hours are flexible depending on customer needs and time constraints. Subcontractors are never used for plumbing services. It has always been my philosophy that my business can only grow through customer satisfaction and strive for this in all of my projects.
