Things went well at first and with the sealing application, but after driving on the driveway within two weeks of the sealing the sealant began coming up where we would turn to exit the garage. I contacted Laura about this, and she claims our tires on both of our vehicles are scratching the surface and scratches are not covered. Apparently, they will not or do not stand behind their work - My recommendation is to avoid this outfit for your driveway work.

The Driveway Medic was terrific. After calling another company three times without a return call, I found Driveway Medic on Angie's List. I called and got an immediate response. Someone came out to my house the next day to give an estimate, and then did the work the following week while I was on vacation. The driveway looks terrific and the price was reasonable.

Job well done. Prompt response to request for service. Estimate same day. This job included total of 4 townhomes with 1 shared driveway. Owner flexible in payment when dealing with multiple homeowners. Owner had to reschedule initial appt for driveway sealing due to imminent pop-up rainshower. We appreciated that he didn't just complete the job with threat of rain and potential for sealcoat to be ruined. I have also had a family member use this company and they were also pleased. Highly recommend!

This is the second time we've used Driveway Medic.  Both times, they have done an excellent job.  They are very quick to respond and I highly recommend them without hesitation.

Kevin and his helper did a great job seal coating our 300 yard long driveway that had never been sealed. He was very responsive and quoted and scheduled the job quickly. They did a very good job trimming and sealing cracks and the final result looks great. I would use Kevin again and would recommend him to family and friends.

Kevin and his one-man crew did an outstanding job on our driveway, which had not been seal-coated for about 20 years!  Their prep work was meticulous.  The job looks terrific and we would use Driveway Medic again without any hesitation.

This was my second time using Driveway Medic - and I will use them a third time, God-willing. About 8 years ago, I had my driveway sealed by some shady, fly-by-night contractor who stopped at my door early on a Saturday morning. They did an OK job, but their product was shiny and oily and took weeks to stop looking tacky. The seal coat job lasted about a year before I could see my raw asphalt again in spots. So, I got smart and waited to see what the others in my development looked like.
I kept an inventory of which companies my neighbors used and then checked again after a year, to see how they held up. Driveway Medic's product looked the best. In fact, after a full year, it still looked like a freshly completed job. Also, from an aesthetic standpoint, it looked great - it's a flat, black color and looks entirely natural. It even has a bit of grit to it, to make the asphalt less slippery when wet.
I phoned the company and spoke with the owner, Kevin. He delivered me a quote promptly, and even left a pamphlet about the product that he uses. It was all extremely professional, and I thought the price was OK. He told me that their product lasts about 4 years. When the work was scheduled, they showed up promptly and completed the job with little fanfare or fuss. They closed my driveway off with a well-marked line and a sign.
Four years later, true to his word, it still looked pretty decent, though it was starting to wear thin in spots. Thankfully, Kevin sent out a letter reminding me that it had been a while and prompting me to call for a quote. I did so, gladly. Because I was a previous customer, Kevin delivered the quote on the phone and was out to complete the job shortly thereafter. Once again, it was completed on time, with absolutely no effort on my part - and again, they closed the driveway off with a well-placed stake, line and some signs. All of this was extremely professional, the price was fairly competitive from what I've seen - and the product looks to be the same great stuff he used last time around.
All in all, I have no qualms recommending this company and will continue to do so.
