I had a 119-gallon water pressure tank installed in my basement, including new pipes, etc. Note: I would like to thank Mr. Updegrave for his work and also to thank his partner for his work & for placing an old cinder block which was in my basement, under my broken step at the bottom of the basement stairs so that it was even, which he would not have had to do.

Based on the through estimate he provided this is a contractor you want to hire if it's for your own personal use or want someone who will be expert. He didn't understand or we failed to tell him that we didn't want a High SEER rating on the hybrid oil/heat pump furnace. I was selling the place and needed the basic need of HVAC. He provided a 16 SEER HVAC system while the other 3 bid a Federal Mandated 13 SEER system. Time was of the essence and I didn't have time to waste as I was preparing the house for sale.

They were efficient, clean and knew what they were doing.
