Description of Work: Failed to put fuel back in tank after changing fuel pump, but left fuel gauge reading "full". Pump failed and car stalled in traffic 1 mile from shop and got run off the road by tractor trailer barreling down on me. Replaced pump with a much cheaper version even though I paid for the quality pump. Never accepted responsibility for the error. Refused to pay for body damage due to being run off the road when car stalled to the their error. Refused to accept any responsibility and clearly did not care whether or not I was a satisfied customer. They reserve their best service for those they deem important, apparently. Would never use again, and never recommend to anyone.
