Description of Work: We used them twice and they were very nice and helpful. Much rather use a local company than Home Depot or Lowes.

 + -1 moreStill in the process of trying to resolve the matter. Although I have a letter from the manufacturer saying they would do a one-time replacement of the carpet, the representative said I would have to pay Dixie Carpet for labor and installation. I will not deal with Dixie Carpet since he did threaten me. If the representative from the manufacturer truly wanted to resolve the matter there are other dealer's in the area. I also think the representative from the manufacturer and the owner of Dixie Carpet Ed Alexander are racists.
Description of Work: The carpet sold and installed was not the top quality I was told I was buying. The carpet was discolored, was poorly installed and requires restretching. The company is not assisting in the resolution of the problem and wants me to go to the manufacturer, who has not seen returned my calls. Also, I was threatened by the owner of Dixie Carpet, Ed Alexander, in the presence of the manufacturer's rep.
