Have 2 homes, wanted electric service upgraded on each to handle 2 new heat pumps. Charlie came to do the first electric, got it done neatly/promptly and inspected. Then contracted for the heat pump, and did that job neatly and promptly. Due to his professionalism, I subsequently gave him a third check to pick up materials for second electric service prior to getting the contract. Charlie cashed the check and disappeared. Phone calls and certified letters were not responded to.
