 + 0 moreHave 2 homes, wanted electric service upgraded on each to handle 2 new heat pumps. Charlie came to do the first electric, got it done neatly/promptly and inspected. Then contracted for the heat pump, and did that job neatly and promptly. Due to his professionalism, I subsequently gave him a third check to pick up materials for second electric service prior to getting the contract. Charlie cashed the check and disappeared. Phone calls and certified letters were not responded to.
Description of Work: 2 electric service upgrades, 2 heat pump installs.

Description of Work: Contractor did service upgrade, work done well, timely, inspected. Then installed new heat pump and ductwork, also done well timely. Made final payment, and gave advance for materials on next phase of work (service upgrade additional dwelling) contractor kept deposit and did not do work, and neither he or wife respond to phone or letter, will have to take to court.
