Seemed great at first... My car had a misfire so I took it in to get new sparks/wires as well an inspection... 4 days and 1300+ later I got my car back only to find that they weren't able to do the inspection... apparently my car needed to be driven to have all of the sensors reset. So for over 2 weeks I drove my car... put 400+ miles on it and 2 of those sensors would not set. I even told the mechanic at one of times back to the garage to check the codes that it was running louder than before and idling higher than usual... he shruged. Saturday I did what I should have done from the beginning and called the dealer. According to them, Wolfe's garage put in the wrong spark plugs and this was causing the sensors not to set. I called Wolfe's back today and asked the service manager who told them my car required double platinum plugs and was told "their supplier" . I told them what the dealer told me and I asked them to put in the correct spark plugs.... even spoke to the owner but refused. He insisted the dealer was service AND parts managers were both wrong and then started recommending additional (and fairly expensive) repairs despite the fact that no diagnostic errors are being generated and the check engine light was not on. So prior to me requesting the correct parts to be installed, his response was to keep driving the car... even if it took 2 more weeks... just keep on driving it. But as soon as blame came back to them and the parts they installed, additional repairs are needed (which would run over $1,000.00 if all 4 oxygen sensors were "bad" replacement) .. the timing of his revelation just seemed too sketchy and I told them flat out I no longer trust them and we are done. Maybe someone else will have a better experience then I did but next time I'm going to the dealer or doing the work myself... it really was not cheaper, faster or more convenient to go here, especially given how things turned out, all the attitude I got in the process (the service manager likes to argue), the fact that my car had all these bad parts that my prior garage never identified which seemed strange) and now I may have to spend an additional $600 to replace the incorrect spark plugs they insisted my vehicle called for... Lesson Learned!

Great as always. These folks have been taking care of my car for about 8 years now. There have been numerous times when They could have told me "anything" was wrong with my car, and I wouldn't have known any better. They have always been honest... Like the time the AC started making a horrible noise. They could have told me I needed a new AC.... turned out to be acorns that had gotten into the system when the engine had been steam cleaned. They removed them. The also let me know when something is going to be needing attention so I can properly budget.

They tried to make me pay $1200 to get my mother in laws vehicle inspected when I knew it did not need anything for inspection. I am an ASE Certified Technician myself working in HD truck shop and cannot do PA Inspections at my shop therefore I need to take it somewhere. After arguing about what wasn't needed, they told me to pay it or leave so I left with the car and took it to the dealer. It passed just fine with no issues. I feel they try and sell you things that you do not need so watch out!

the installer arrived a few minutes late, he was pleasant, but a little unprepared. He installed the familyroom fan, but did not have the necessary cover to replae on the switch that turns the fan off and on (and i have not been able to find one); when it came time to install the breakfast room fan, these was an extra piece he needed that he did not have, so i had to run to lowe's to get it. He finally inswtalled both fans, but after a couple of days the fan in the breakfast room made a funny sound when turned on; called the company did not hear from them for a couple of days, so i got someone else to look at it, and they adjusted it.

My wifes Newly purchased 1995 Mercedes c220 developed some serious running problems. After finding thier online scheduling programs and diagnostic pricing , we decided to give them a try. quoated price of $100 for major diagnostic and she was only charged $40 with accurate diagnosis. They were honest and straight forward about the problems and solutions as well as all costs involved. In addition, my wife did all the scheduling and taking the car in and she was treated with respect and fairly by all, unlike what happens to women often with automotive repairs. Having run my own truck repair shop many years ago I recognize fair treatment and honesty this is a rare find and I highly reccomend this facility

Everthing went well, but they did say I needed something that I didn't acutuaully need.

It was excellent. They educated me about what they would do and made me feel very secure that I was having the right thing done. They had the car fixed in a couple of hours.

They are honest, don't do any work without your approval and the prices are competitive.
