Deitch's mechanical and electrical

What he did, he did great. He was suppose to also renovate our bathroom but never even started it. We sent him money every month from Dec/11 thru April/12 ($50 every payday <every other week>) ................I must admit we paid him $300 upfront at beginning of Dec because he did such a great job! Every time we reached him there was an excuse and he would say he would be coming over, but never followed thru. Now, things have changed and I cannot afford to pay him so we letting this go. We have friends that might help. But I do not expect him to do it now, after all this time. I am giving him an overall B experience because he did a great job with the work he did actually completed. And He also taught us some stuff about our house. He went over things that needed improvement and showed us how the electric currents were working in our house. He educated us. I think some bad things happened to him and he could not pay for stuff upfront to finish our bathroom (even tho we were paying him over $100 every month)..... He is a good guy and really understands how things work.
