COMCAST CABLE

I need high speed internet service for my business activities that I conduct from my home. I noticed slow internet speeds one day. I called Comcast and a courteous customer rep tried to walk me through a resolution. When none of her suggestions worked, she quickly dispatched a technician to my home. The tech was super friendly and courteous and most importantly he was knowledgeable in resolving my issue. My problem was resolved in a short period of time as he replaced the line coming into my home for no charge.

Comcast provides reliable internet service to my house.

Recently called to downgrade cable package. Person was helpful and courteous on telephone. However cable tv is overpriced and not very flexible with pricing and channel options. Only live tv we want is sports. Therefore we downgraded. Wish we could buy individual channels and game packages.

The representative was helpful in answering all the questions related to providing cable and internet to our home.

When I first moved to York, I signed up for cable TV and internet service with Comcast.  The service was fine, but Comcast has raised the price 3 times in a year and a half with no notification to me ahead of time.  I have called customer service multiple times and all I hear is that there is nothing they can do.  Today was the last straw - I will be following the rest of America and cutting the cable TV cord.  Amazon Prime and HD antennas will be plenty for us.  Over the long run, if Comcast continues to treat customers this way they will be out of business.

DO NOT USE COMCAST FOR HOME SECURITY. THE BROADBAND NETGEAR WIRELESS ROUTER DOES NOT WORK AND TWO MONTHS AFTER INSTALLATION, THEY RESORTED TO RUNNIG A HARDWIRE, ETHERNET CAT5 CABLE DIRECTLY FROM THE NETGEAR ROUTER UPSTAIRS, DRILLED HOLES THROUGH WALLS AND FLOORS, TO RUN THE WIRED CONNECTION TO THE SECURITY TOUCHPAD.  THE TOUCHPAD CONNECTION IS STILL DROPPED AND SERVICE REBOOTS AT LEAST  3 OR 4 TIMES A DAY, LEAVING PROPERTY UNPROTECTED FOR WHO KNOWS HOW LONG OR HOW MANY TIES A DAY.  iF YOUR LIFE AND PROPERTY OF WORTH ANYTHING TO YOU, USE ANOTHER SERVICE SUCH AS ADT, FRONTPOINT SECURITY OR ANYONE BUT COMCAST HOME SECURITY.

I haven't had a reason to have a specific interaction with them. The cable service is kind of slow but they are the only one so it is kind of a non option.

I use them in two different locations. The service they provide is acceptable. I will continue to use them.

I've been with Comcast for a couple years. They're very responsive and generally speaking  it's trouble free.
