Ciocca Honda

We were there about half an hour and they washed our car. They have soda, coffee and TV in the waiting room. The people there are great. Their prices are very competitive.

Wonderful!

I had a 9:30 appointment set up days in advance. They did not take my van back until 10:15. But they did use some of that time to try to sell me a new car (which was not necessary since my current van only has 33000 miles and is in great shape). This was very frustrating.

I would give them 5 stars. They are awesome.

Professiomnal, prompt service.

Crack in engine block, acknowledged by Honda to be a problem for that year and model, therefore covered under extended warranty. The repair took about two weeks and Honda would not provide a rental for me during that time. Both Ciocca Honda and Honda Corporate turned us down and said it was the other who should be contacted. I had to rent a car at my own expense. During that time, it was a comedy of errors with one excuse after another why it wasn't done yet. When it was finally finished, my son drove the car for about 3 days until it just shut down on him. After another tow to Ciocca Honda to repair their repair, I was told that it was a loose bolt. More excuses on it taking a long time to repair but at least this time they provided a rental car for the week it was out of service.
So Ciocca Honda and Honda Corporate's refusal to pay for the first rental (approximately 2 weeks) cost them much more than the $150 or so for the rental. I told them at the time that I was purchasing an additional car in a few weeks and they didn't seem to care. We purchased a Toyota about 2-3 weeks later and look forward to replacing the Honda in the driveway, probably with another Toyota. If Honda doesn't care, why should we? Good customer service really does matter. It will cost them so much more in future sales from my family.

Very well! They took it in at the time that was scheduled for service. they told me it would only be about 30-45 minutes and it was done in that time. They offer free soda and other drinks right there in the waiting area. Everyone is very friendly there and acknowledging.

The service was great,they had a big tire selection with different affordable price options.And it didn't take them a long time to perform the service even though we didn't have an appointment.

Everything went great.The staff is very friendly,the service is quick and they even washed my car for free!!! Their waiting room is very comfortable,free drinks,kid's toys ,snacks, tv and magazines.

I have purchased 2 cars from the company. They do most of my service work. I purchase vehicles from the company because I like and trust the service department. It is easy to get an appointment any time I need one. They do great work at a reasonable price.
Several times I have ask them to do work on my vehicle. They got a price and advised it was not worth the cost.

When you take a car in to trade, look at their total offer, go home and measure it against Kelly Blue Book (kbb.com or nada.com) both new and used vehicle prices, then bump the offer a few hundred dollars in your favor and you'll be happy with the deal.

I purchased my Honda Civic from Ciocca Honda nearly three years ago, and I take my car there for all service needed. I have been pleased with them on every visit, including my most recent one this month. I had a flat front tire and decided to replace both front tires at this time. Joie in the Service Department was very helpful when I called. She helped me identify the proper replacement tires and placed the order right away. This occurred on Saturday, and the tires came in on Monday, so I was able to stop in after work that day to have the work completed. As usual, the service was completed quickly and professionally, while I waited in Ciocca's comfortable lounge area. Everyone at Ciocca Honda is always very professional and courteous. While having any kind of car problem - in this case a flat tire - can be upsetting, Ciocca made sure my problem was solved quickly and things are now as good as new. I highly recommend Ciocca for any Honda purchase or auto service needed.

I would recommend them to anyone. It's a Honda dealer; I have had my car since 2003. They always provide excellent service.

I used them because I had had a Honda before and I wanted a newer one. They took a trade-in. My thing about car dealers is that they are never quick. I got there in the fall so I was able to pick one off the lot which was not a problem. One would just end up sitting in the office for ever and ever and they would never know why and they make such a big deal about throwing in floor mats. Other than that, they were courteous, fine and they responded. I would use them again. I take my car there for service. Overall, I'm really pleased with them. I just don't like the experience of buying a car and I don't know where I would go that would make it painless. They've been servicing my car and the service department is not the same as the sales.

I have been taking my vehicles to this company for years. Their service is always professional, reasonably priced, and prompt. If they give an estimate they honor it even if the work cost more than the estimate.

I have ask them to do work which they told me would not be cost effective. They may not be the cheapest place for service but I can trust them.

Very well I have taken my vehicle to this shop for years.
