Carpet & Tile Mart

Excellent work all around. Carpet Mart was the only seller we could find with 3 inch Brazilian Cherry plank flooring. Their price was comparable to others from 7 years ago. Installation was free, but furniture moving and carpet removal/haul away was expensive for this part of the job. Total job done in one day. For carpet, we had major work to prepare each room, so we scheduled them one at a time. No pushback from Carpet Mart, and the work was excellent, and the price was 20% below the next lowest estimate we got (4 estimates). Less than a day for each room, including furniture moving. We bought the 10lb pad underlayment, and would recommend this for any carpet installation - a bit more expensive, but the "feel" of the carpet is wonderful. We are looking forward to many years sevice with this flooring and carpet. Would definitely use Carpet Mart again.

People in the showroom were very helpful and offered samples that I could bring home and check against all light.  When I placed my order, delivery was scheduled quickly, the installers arrived right on time and did a very professional job, including clean up.

It went very well.  They are straight shooters.  We got the carpet we wanted on clearance.  They did a wonderful job installing it. 

They did an excellent job within a very short notice. We are very happy with the carpet selection process as well. Both carpet and installation price are very reasonable. Nicole (store sales), Mark (measurement guy) and Brian-Nick (installer guys), all are very courteous and know their job very well. Since their store is just opposite to Costco, it is very convenient to visit the store for Costco customers.

The service went very well overall. There was an issue with their contractor not estimating the material that went under the flooring. They threw that in since it was not included in the estimate. Two technicians came out and did an awesome job. They completed the difficult task in 2 days. It was all done in very small spaces with a lot of cut outs.  They did a perfect job and made sure to ask me how I wanted the tile laid. I never had any difficulty reaching out to them or scheduling the service.

I have used the company for about 15-20 years. The staff is very attentive and give great advice. They have excellent recommendation and I will not use any other company. They always show up on time and I do not have to be there while they do the service. The have great service and quality products. If you ever have an issue they are happy to correct it right away. I have recommended them to others and they give those people the same level of service from what they have told me.

Installed beautiful, soft new carpet in our finished basement. It was a positive experience and we are very happy with the results. We will use them again for future projects.

Even though the product was a brand name and expensive, 11 years later the vinyl under baseboard is still curled. Subcontractor used to install did terrible job. Small areas in corners not aligned and subflooring is visible. After 3 years, floor started bubbling up due to poor installation. Seller would do nothing to aid or assist in repair. Terrible product, installation, cost and overall experience.

In store salesman was very informative and helpful with our carpet and pad selection. When serviceman came to measure prior to estimate he was very prompt and timely. Installation crew were friendly and professional. We are very happy with installation results and carpet quality 6 months later!

The clerks in the store were very helpful in picking out the right carpet.  Provided useful cleaning information for the product.  Scheduled installation VERY quickly.  The installers were prompt, courteous, and did a great job.
