It seemed to me they were in this as a business and making money, not for love of animals. I never went back and I would never recommend them.
Service was very pleasant. Education was appreciate.
The only complaint I have is that they do tend to run late for appointments. This may be due to the number of vets seeing patients at any given time, but can also be due to the vets trying to give each patient the time needed to answer questions and address concerns.
I particularly like Dr. Stake and Dr. Mathieu.
They provide excellent service. I have 3 dogs and they have always taken care of them. They have provided top notch service. They are a very busy animal medical center. Though I have to wait a little bit there, I rate them high overall. Her strong points are her knowledge, skills, and how she deals with all the animals in a gentle and caring way. She is very concerned. She takes the time to answer all of your questions. She smiles and is terrific. She is very good not only with the animals but also the owners. I highly recommend them. When my dogs are with her they are very good. She is very good and gentle with them. She is very caring. She always has an assistant with her to keep the animals calm. My pets are never in pain or are mishandles. If my dog is in any kind of pain after receiving injections, they give baby aspirin and take care of the problem. They are very concerned and ask me to take them back if there is any other problem.
